Welcome to Bored of Directors, where creativity meets camaraderie in the most unexpected ways. We're not your average brand – we're a collective of misfits, rebels, and visionaries who march to the beat of our own drum. Born out of a desire to break free from the mundane and embrace the extraordinary, a premiere collective of Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) NFTs joined together to form the Bored of Directors. 

Our story begins with eleven iconic characters, each with their own unique style and personality. From the enigmatic Leeway to the fearless Clint Apewood, our ape crew represents the diverse tapestry of life. They're the heart and soul of Bored of Directors, inspiring us to live boldly and unapologetically.

Bored of Directors is more than just a brand—it's a lifestyle. We reject authority and traditionalist norms, and instead, we embrace what we like to call "collective nonconformity."

So, what exactly is collective nonconformity? It's about doing our own thing while supporting others doing the same. It's about breaking free from the constraints of society's expectations and forging our own path. Whether it's through our unique designs, our unconventional approach to life, or our unwavering support for individuality, we're all about celebrating what makes each of us unique.

Our Bored Members represent this ethos in everything we do. We're a diverse bunch, each with their own quirks and personalities, but we all share a common goal: to challenge the status quo and inspire others to do the same. In May 2022,  NFIP Holdings, LLC, the first international NFT intellectual property holding company was born, and applied for trademarks under the brand name "Bored Of Directors" across various goods classes in the US and internationally. By June 2022, NFIP Holdings, LLC secured its inaugural License Agreement. In August 2022, Brand Central enlisted 7 sub-agents to manage territories including Australia/NZ, the UK, South Korea, Europe, Israel, China, and LATAM. By November 2022, NFIP Holdings, LLC achieved significant milestones within six months, including securing 12 global agents, 18 licensees across 40+ countries, and collaborating with top licensees like Bioworld, Just Funky, and Trends Posters, with major retailers like Walmart onboard.


In June 2023, Bored of Directors received a nomination for Best Licensed Brand in the Digitally Native, Gaming, NFT category at the Licensing International Excellence Awards. Currently, the brand boasts over 450 SKUs in development and global coverage spanning numerous countries. Notable retailers currently stocking Bored of Directors products include Kohls, Pac Sun, Walmart, Target, FashionNova, Amazon, and others, with upcoming retail partnerships expected with 361 (China), The Works (UK), B&W (UK), and Dapper Stores (Malaysia).​
